HORRRIBLE Experience! Don't ignore the reviews they are written to permit others know how negligent and obnoxious this ...
complex is. If you intendance nigh your health DONT Motion Here. Hired own mold inspection company to show management and they DONT CARE. They simply painted over it. Of form they took my March and April payment even though nosotros haven't lived there since Feb. And so had the nerve to bill me for May. These people are UNBELIEVABLE. don't sign anything there'south much better places.....RUN!!!

Question: how does one rate Absolute TRASH? Is there a numerical value for this??? This is the kindest way to describe ...
not just the condition of my apartment, the place they want you to phone call HOME, just ALSO, the behavior of the staff. I dearest how they're so kind and courteous to get you in the door and then that they can go your money and fill the apartments, but the moment you ACTUALLY have an issue, y'all receive disrespect and an unwillingness to help. I'thou no expert by any ways, but co-ordinate to my math, if you desire to become people to actually Proceed to stay at your apartments, how about let's try that thing called decent customer service? To all the ones considering living here, hither's a proposition: don't. Oh, and here is the best part: if your apartment floods and is unlivable, and has no ceiling or floor, go on in listen - rent is nonetheless due on the 1st in full! I'thousand actually embarrassed that my name was on a lease here. The worst role of 2020 was not the pandemic, it was really deciding to live hither.
